By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or submit information through it.

These Terms apply to the website and its online features. A property purchase, sale, lease, brokerage engagement or other transaction may be governed by separate official documents, agreements, regulatory requirements and third-party terms. Those transaction documents take priority for the transaction they govern.

Listings, project pages, maps, floor plans, images, descriptions, prices, payment plans, completion dates, areas, availability and other real estate information are provided for general information and enquiry purposes. They may be supplied by owners, developers, authorised representatives, public sources or other third parties.

Career applications

Submitting a job application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview or offer. You are responsible for ensuring that information in your application is accurate and that you are authorised to provide the documents and information submitted.

Subject to any mandatory legal rule that requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or use of the website are subject to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
